A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase if the cohort has not started. After the cohort begins, programme fees are non-refundable subject to applicable statutory rights. One transfer to the next available SoS AI Readiness cohort may be requested by the end of Week 1. If SoS cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer.
